I am the founder of Treeshape™ and the developer of the Treespace™ methodology, a specialized diagnostic framework designed to eliminate the friction points that stall innovation, team performance, and leadership alignment. My career is built within environments where deep thinking is the primary work. Across two decades as an artist, educator, researcher, and organizational consultant, my work returns to a singular foundational question: How do we know what we know? THE APPROACH Most organizations do not have a creativity problem. Creativity is already present, yet leadership often struggles to locate, define, and develop it.
